I had severe preeclampsia and no heart beat was present, I was too sick for a c-section and after days, we realized vaginal birth wasn’t possible so our little angel doll was delivered via D&E at this stage. I have always wondered what she would have looked like. Thank you for sharing this photo…now I have an idea.
